As a senior-level Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) practice builder, you will provide strategic vision and business development support across the firm and will manage and lead highly-technical projects with a focus on using technology to improve transportation systems for all users. You will be responsible for creating opportunities for less-experienced staff to develop skills in ITS planning and design. You will also be responsible for presenting and developing cost-effective deployment plans, proposing methodologies, and objectively presenting findings while building consensus amongst stakeholders and the public. The successful candidate will have a strong desire and interpersonal skills to interface with clients, and will receive mentoring and support from the team to become successful in this role. The successful candidate will look for opportunities to take on additional responsibilities as he or she manages his or her own career path at the firm.
